South Korea's FSC chairman support move to cap ownership of crypto exchanges to around 15-20%

Chairman of South Korea's Financial Services Commission, Lee Eog-weon, is championing a cap on the ownership stakes of major shareholders on crypto exchanges to around 15-20%.
