Mizuho leads Anthropic's $3.5 billion Japanese tranche ahead of Nasdaq debut

Anthropic filed to sell up to $3.5 billion of stock to Japanese investors through six brokers led by Mizuho, ahead of its Nasdaq listing as ANT.
